Great service, very friendly staff. I am a visitor on holiday in the area and needed to get to the museum for a day out. I’m a mum travelling on my own with 2 children in an area I’ve never been before . The taxi’s turned up extremely promptly and the fares were less than the estimated cost. I’d use this company again if I’m ever in the area.

Been using Waterfront Cars for several years, on and off. And I've got to say; their the nicest bunch of individuals I know. Their my first point of call, when i have someone ask me for a cab number to end their night, and they always ensure that I'm over the threshold of my door before pulling away. These guy's go out of their way to make sure people get home safely, or even when returning items back to you if you've left it behind. I can't praise them enough.

I can't thank waterfront cars enough, after calling my usual taxi firm and waiting over an hour to be told the taxi wasn't turning up waterfront cars saved the day, I was stranded in the snow and freezing conditions due to a condition in my leg I couldn't manage the walk home, I understandably got very upset, despite the firm being stretched due to an influx of calls as the roads were un-driveable they managed to get a driver to me in under 15 minutes and got me home safely
